Ordered tenders online, and get to store at 11am and they say they're out of tenders and don't give refunds. They say go online for refund.
I sent 2 or 3 requests in for my $25.96 and got no resolve! Don't even think I got an email at all
I got a recording and then someone hung up the phone,

I purchased a piece of chicken (Breast)from one of your restaurants today Weds, 5/6/26 I tried calling the store a couple of times, says the line was business. I don't have a car to return the chicken for an even exchange or refund.
I live a good little ways from the Church's and I don't know when I'll be able to go there at least not until a few days, any other options. I would love to have either or as I have stated above. I will preserve the chicken in my fridge until I can return it, in it's pink state and I have also taken a pic of it.
So what can I do to guarantee my funds. Do you all have a name list for a return, so that I won't lose my funds, just give them my name when I'm able to return the chicken?

Don't order online if you even think you'll need a refund because if you get to the store and they're out of what you ordered, you won't get a refund from store or apparently online eithet.
I am pissed because online order placed was not refunded at store first of all because they were completely out of tenders at 11am in the morning! Then they say I have to figure out how to get a refund since it was online order.
That's not easy but sent in request 3 times and no one has contacted me with a resolve or refund! It's $25.96 and I want it back!
If you don't have the product you sell at 11am in the morning then you should be able to be refunded at store regardless of online purchase! It's a week later and nothing!

I ordered through the app waited 20 minutes and went to pick up my order. Order was not ready and the shrimp combo I ordered was no longer available due to them giving their last bag to another store.
The store couldn't provide a refund due to it being an online order which they assumed I made from doordash and not the actual app.
Manager stated that it would make their registers short.
I then put in a support ticket through the app.
Waited another 20 minutes after my box of chicken sat on the counter.
Got home and realized I did not receive the correct sides either.
Been back and forth with support for almost a month for them to eventually tell me the store would need to provide a refund. Manager with support couldn't even get a hold of a manager at the store so we are at a stand still.
Bank won't give me a refund due to me receiving a partial order.

Terrible customer service, and the store manager was highly unprofessional. Customers in the lobby were being ignored because it was shift change, according to the manager.

Avoid using the app
Placed an order on the app, only to find out that the location doesn't exist. Contacted company thru the app & received no response.
Even calling the pissed consumer complaint line only got my call hung up & sent to this site. It's pathetic that a brand such as this would operate at this low level. There's a store across from where I work & that location isn't on the app. Called the store to the supposed store & the phone just kept ringing.
I made the complaint on Sept 25, still no response from anyone at corporate. I was robbed but this corporate & thats pathetic for a company such as this.

I ordered spicy chicken, and when it was time for me to pay, the lady told me the amount, and it was for original chicken. At that time, I informed her that I did not want original chicken and I wanted spicy chicken.
She proceeded to close the window and talk with somebody about my order, then returned to the window, charged me, and handed me chicken in a bag in a box. I took it and returned to my hotel room on the 10th floor of the Golden Nugget. At which time, I found out it was the original chicken, completely not what I wanted. I called and spoke with several individuals, including the lady who claimed she was the manager and said her name was Trish.
For some reason, they wanted me to return the chicken the next day by carrying it down from my 10th-floor hotel room through the lobby, where everyone is packing chicken for them to make my order right.
I was so upset. I discarded the chicken, and they said that they were not going to replace it since I was not bringing it in.
