I ordered spicy chicken, and when it was time for me to pay, the lady told me the amount, and it was for original chicken. At that time, I informed her that I did not want original chicken and I wanted spicy chicken.

She proceeded to close the window and talk with somebody about my order, then returned to the window, charged me, and handed me chicken in a bag in a box. I took it and returned to my hotel room on the 10th floor of the Golden Nugget. At which time, I found out it was the original chicken, completely not what I wanted. I called and spoke with several individuals, including the lady who claimed she was the manager and said her name was Trish.

For some reason, they wanted me to return the chicken the next day by carrying it down from my 10th-floor hotel room through the lobby, where everyone is packing chicken for them to make my order right.

I was so upset. I discarded the chicken, and they said that they were not going to replace it since I was not bringing it in.

User's recommendation: Speak with the person working the register and verify if what the customer claim is correct and if the customer is correct, the manager should make that order correct without them having to bring in some day old chicken.

Monetary Loss: $22.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Churchs Chicken Pros: Good spicy chicken.

Churchs Chicken Cons: Poor service.

Location: Lafayette, Louisiana

What’s the big deal of carrying a fast food order back? You had to return for a remake or refund anyway.

And no one buys your fairy tale you discarded the chicken. You know very well you called immediately (don’t know what you thought was going to happen over the phone) and that chicken was right beside you as you spoke to someone.
